That’s what Authentic Confidence is designed to develop.

How the Confidence Club supports you

This is a small, focused peer coaching program for mid-to-senior leaders in APAC.

It combines:

  • Monthly 90-minute peer coaching sessions (Feb–Dec 2026)

  • The Authentic Confidence Experience (ACE) Assessment

  • A personal 1:1 profile debrief

  • A private peer community

  • An in-person Hong Kong summit (October 2026)

You’ll work on real challenges, not theory.

The framework behind the work

The program is based on Authentic Confidence, developed by Ben Fauske in collaboration with Harvard University.

It’s been used with thousands of leaders globally and adapted here for the realities of APAC.

This isn’t motivation.

It’s a practical framework for leading under pressure.
