High performance isn't always about going faster. Sometimes it's about slowing down to ask the right questions.

I always struggle with slowing down and being restless. I want to win now and am always looking for the next thing. Still working on it, and I'm still a work in progress.

I must remind myself that I won't consistently deliver if I keep rushing to tick boxes. People and Teams who deliver time after time take their time to understand and ask the right questions - what actually needs to be solved?

Authentic confidence isn't about speed - it's about knowing when to slow down and ask the right questions.
